Refunds are only available if the plugins to not function as described (Sublime SFTP, Sublime SVN), and I am unable to provide bug fixes within 30 days of being notified of said bugs. The reason for this policy is that it is not possible to revoke a license key, thus once I send you your license key, there is no way for me to ensure you are no longer using the product.
In order to help prevent uncertainty for you, and to reduce the fees I get charged for returns, I provide trial versions of Sublime SFTP and Sublime SVN that do not have a set evaluation period, and that retain full functionality. Please install the trials before purchasing to ensure that they will work for what you need to accomplish.
If at any time during evaluation you encounter a bug, or have a question, feel free to contact firstname.lastname@example.org. You do not need to be a paying customer to recieve support.
